However, due to the nature of ethnic and bridal wear, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

We offer exchange only in the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered

• Damaged product received

• Wrong size (only if the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition)

Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
No exchange will be accepted without video proof.

Customized lehengas, stitched items, or altered outfits are not eligible for exchange.
